Where do I begin.... Lacasa Family Resort will keep your family busy and outside with 2 outdoor pools, 3 hot tubs, beach front swimming, water playground, tennis, mini golf, beach style volleyball, a park for little ones, community fire pit at the beach, groomed walking and hiking trails, boat slips available for rent (separate through strata, please inquire if interested), restaurant, and small convenience store.

The Cottage
Casa de Anderson is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with forced air heat and air conditioning. The cottage includes a LCD smart television in the living room with wifi.
There is one bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed and two bedrooms up on the second floor. Both upper bedrooms also have queen beds however the larger bedroom also has a double loft bed suitable for a small adult or older children (falling hazard).
A full kitchen including dishwasher, and staple appliances such as basic coffee maker, microwave, and kettle. Cupboards are stocked with cookware dishes and silverware.
Main floor also features washer, and dryer for your convenience.
Enjoy the amazing view off the deck while also making use of the propane BBQ.
Rates
October through April
-weekdays $150 a night
-weekends and holidays $200 a night
May through September
- weekdays $300 a night
- weekends and holidays $350 a night
Additional $200 cleaning fee. this fee is the same no matter the length of your stay.
Damaga deposit (the Allmin clause) $500 fully refundable when you dont destroy the place or incur strata violations.
20% non-refundable deposit to book. If you cancel your deposit can be used to reschedule another future date if cancelled at least one week prior to origional booking.
Full rental fee is due prior to guest arrival.
All fees are payable by e-transfer only.
